Objective:

Maze-solving robotics competitions are exciting events where robots navigate through a maze, aiming to find the shortest path from a designated starting point to the finish line.

How to participate?

  • Click on the 'Register' button.
  • A minimum 2 and maximum 4 participants per team is compulsory.
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Submit the registration fee.

Game Play:

  • Each team has 3 minutes to complete the path.
  • The maze changes for every gameplay.
  • Participants have 30 seconds to view the maze before the gameplay begins.
  • Scoring:
    • The team that finishes the race fastest will be declared the winner.
    • In the event, no of the team able to complet the race , no winner will be declared

Robot Specifications:

  • Construct a wired or remotely controlled wireless bot.
  • The bot's dimensions must fit within a 15X!5X15 centimeter cube. Its maximum weight should not exceed 2 kilograms (including the battery for wirelessly controlled bots).
  • Batteries used should be of a sealed, immobilized electrolyte type (NiCad, Dry cell or lithium).
  • For a manual Bot controller, the wire length should not more than 2 meters.
  • The electrical voltage within the machine should not surpass 12V DC at any point in time for the robot.

Rules:

  • All participant bots must meet the specifications outlined in the 'Robot Specifications' section. Any failure to meet these specifications might lead to disqualification.
  • The robot must not be assembled from any pre-made kits; if found to be so, the team will face disqualification.
  • Only team members are allowed to handle the bot. Mentors, coaches, or non-player's interference will lead to the team's disqualification.
  • The bot will be liable for disqualification if it causes any kind of damage to the arena.
  • If a participant's bot exceeds the time limit during the gameplay, they must remove the bot from the arena.
  • If the robot goes off track, stops, or drops picking objects during its gameplay, using all three chances, the participant has to take the robot out of the arena.
  • Any aggression or misconduct during the competition will lead to the team's disqualification.
